CO-Founder & President
Gabriel Mwamba
Gabriel is the Founder of Precision Sports Academy and Mulenga Hope Foundation International, an international speaker, author with extensive global leadership experience.
He has played key strategic roles in major international outreach initiatives linked to the FIFA World Cups in Germany (2006) and South Africa (2010). From serving as African Coordinator for Kickoff 2006 to Global Coordinator for Kickoff 2010, Gabriel provided high-level leadership, coordinating regional and global partners, mobilizing hundreds of volunteers, and delivering complex programs under tight timelines.
As a National Leadership Team member and Co-Leader for Programs and Projects with Ultimate Goal, he helped design and execute large-scale creative, sports, hospitality, and public engagement initiatives for the communities during 2010 World Cup.

Gabriel is recognized as a detail-oriented, results-driven leader. Gabriel brings proven expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and project management.
He has designed and delivered programs across all continents, working effectively in diverse cultural and international event environments.

CO-Founder & Vice President
Likius Hafeni
Likius is the Founder of GRASSP, an after-school soccer program based in Salem, Oregon, dedicated to youth development through sport.
A former professional player, he represented the Namibia U-19 National Team and competed in the Namibian Premier League with Ramblers FC, as well as with Cascade Surge in Salem, Oregon.

Likius holds a Bachelor of Science from Corban University (2015) and a Master of Divinity (2022). His leadership journey began early, serving as a player-coach and team captain during his senior year of high school. He went on to build a strong coaching career, serving as Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Corban University from 2016–2018, assistant coach for the Corban Men’s team, and holding coaching roles at Willamette University and Vancouver Victory.
Most recently, he served as Head Coach for Capital Atletica’s USL W League team in 2024. Across all levels, Likius is committed to mentoring athletes and using soccer as a platform for personal growth, leadership, and community impact.

Angie Huestis
​Angie is a life and leadership coach with a deep ability to see people’s potential beyond their fear, past, or circumstances.
She is known for helping others recognize their worth. She has a unique gift for drawing out the very best in people and reminding them of who they truly are.
With decades of experience guiding others through growth and transformation, Angie is deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover their identity, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward with clarity, self-worth, and purpose.

Youth Mental Health Advocate
Emerson Carella
Emerson is a student at the University of Notre Dame, where he studies Russian and Eastern European history.
An active Oregonian, he serves as a board member of the United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley and partners with the Mid-Valley Coalition for Suicide Prevention, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and other local charities.
Through this work, he supports Oregonians in achieving physical, mental, and social well-being by expanding access to health, mental health, and addiction services for adults and children across the state, in partnership with individuals, families, counties, providers, advocates, communities, and other state agencies.

Site Facilitator
Michael Allen vice
Michael is an enthusiast of arts, music, and soccer. Local grassroots coach, parent, and community member working towards growing the game and community through street ball.

Program Coordinator
Travez Whyte
Travez came to the U.S. from Jamaica on a college soccer scholarship. After his great collegiate experience, he wants to give back in a way that provides intentional and quality support to all committed soccer families and athletes to accomplish their club, high school, collegiate and professional dreams!

Travez's coaching style is player-centered, holistic, conversational and creativity driven. He is passionate about developing positive leaders and dreamers through the Beautiful Game of soccer.

With 6+ years of coaching, training and mentorship at the collegiate, semi-professional and youth club experience.
Travez holds his Coerver Coaching Diplomas and USSF National “B” License as he continues to be a student of the game.
